LETHBRIDGE AIRPARK BUSINESS STRATEGIC REVIEW
Lethbridge Airpark with funding from Regional Development Victoria
The Lethbridge Airpark Business Strategic Review presents the airpark owners' capacity to expand the current operation into the preferred Regional airfield for General Aviation and recreational aviation aircraft for the G21 region.
This review covers the following:
• identifies the business's immediate past and present situation
• illustrates strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• identifies and prioritises areas that require attention or change
This project involved a forum with flying club members, interviews with the business owners and the Chief Flying Instructor, individual interviews with business owners who were interested in relocating to Lethbridge Airpark, a meeting with Golden Plains Shire staff, a survey to all flying club members and visits to other aerodromes, as well as desktop research.
